3. User Responsibilities
You agree to: Provide accurate information, Use the platform legally, Not upload harmful, illegal, or malicious content.
4. Institutional Use
Institutions are responsible for student data. Institutions must obtain necessary permissions for data usage.
5. AI Limitations
AI evaluations are assistive, not absolute. Final grading responsibility lies with educators.
6. Intellectual Property
Platform, models, and software belong to BlankSage. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not: Reverse engineer the platform, Attempt to extract models or algorithms, Misuse the system for non-educational purposes.
8. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur for maintenance.
9. Limitation of Liability
BlankSage is not liable for: Errors in AI evaluation, Academic decisions made based on outputs, Data loss due to external factors.
